This 5 minute chocolate mug cake is no-bake, healthy, delicious, and convenient. Need we say more? Check out the recipe below to start endulgin’!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp of milk (either dairy, unsweetened almond, or unsweetened coconut)
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp pure cocoa (optional)
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Pop ‘er in the microwave for 1:30 – 2:00 minutes, and voila!
- Totally optional, but feel free to spring some pure cocoa on top, with a few dark chocolate chips if you have them.
